Since we deal in consumable food products, returns are handled carefully.

Refund & Return Policy – GAUVRAT MILK PRODUCTS

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless:

• The product is damaged during transit
• You received the wrong product
• The product seal is broken at delivery

Reporting Issues

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:

• Order number
• Clear photos or video proof
• Description of the issue

Refund Process

If approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind
• Opened or used product
• Incorrect address provided
