Our Indigenous Gir Cows
We source milk exclusively from healthy, grass-fed Gir cows, known for producing high-quality A2 milk. Our cows are raised with care, respect, and natural feeding practices.
We do not use hormones, chemical feed, or artificial enhancers. The well-being of our cows is our top priority because we believe that healthy cows produce the purest milk.

The Traditional Bilona Method
At GAUVRAT MILK PRODUCTS, we follow the ancient Vedic Bilona process to prepare our A2 Gir Cow Ghee.
The process includes:
• Fresh A2 milk is naturally converted into curd
• The curd is hand-churned to extract butter
• The butter is slowly heated in small batches
• Pure golden ghee is carefully filtered and packed
Unlike machine-processed ghee, the Bilona method preserves essential nutrients, aroma, texture, and authentic taste. This slow and traditional process ensures superior quality in every jar.
